2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 Camper Conversion

The van is finished in dark blue with black window tint along the cargo area. It rides on steel wheels. A roof rack carries two solar panels, wired down through the roofline to the interior power system, and a two-stage opening sliding side door for ease of access. The driver's side window tilts open. Heated and electrically adjustable exterior mirrors are fitted, as well as a rear door window with washer and wipers. The roof is also fitted with a vent. A trailer hitch is mounted on the rear of the vehicle. White pockmarks are visible on the front, as well as a few dents on the hood and driver's door.

The interior is lined with tongue-and-groove wood paneling, with a powered roof vent fan and ceiling-mounted reading lights. A raised platform bed with a vinyl cushion sits at the rear, with mesh screens fitted to the rear window openings. The galley features a live-edge wood countertop with an integrated stainless steel sink and a two-handle faucet, alongside a wood-enclosed dry/composting toilet with a separate liquids diversion opening. A 12 volt ICECO compressor fridge sits on a rolling base beneath the counter, secured with a cargo strap. A household-style duplex outlet is wired into one of the cabinets, and a fire extinguisher is mounted under the sink. The rear contains a shower wand as well as a PowerDrive 2000-watt power inverter. A water tank is mounted under the bed and fed by a Lippert water pump and full plumbing.

The van is powered by the 3.0-liter OM642 V6 diesel, per Carfax's vehicle specification, paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Maintenance work includes a catalytic converter replacement and glow plug replacement in April 2021 at 130,317 miles, and an A/C compressor replacement in February 2026 at 215,478 miles. The van was serviced most recently in February 2026 with an oil and filter change and a differential fluid flush, per Carfax. A rear storage area carries a PowerDrive 2000W power station wired to a Wanderer solar charge controller, feeding the van's house electrical system from the roof-mounted solar panels.
