OVERVIEW

The Willys Utility Wagon offered here has been modified for increased off-road capability, highlighted by a lift kit and upgraded GM V6 engine. The platform is known for its versatility and straightforward construction, making it a popular choice for custom builds targeting trail use and backcountry travel. The addition of modern components and 4x4 drivetrain enhance its practicality for recreational and utility purposes. This example provides a foundation for enthusiasts seeking vintage character with upgraded mechanicals.

EXTERIOR

The exterior is finished in beige with white panel accents and includes a period-style multi-pane windshield, round side mirrors, and vintage-style hardware. The truck does show scratches and some dings. It rides on aftermarket wheels fitted with 33×12.5 BF Goodrich tires, reflecting the raised stance from an installed lift kit. A Jerry can is affixed to the body for utilitarian storage. Aftermarket rear taillights are mounted near the roofline, and a separate brake light is present. The truck also features unique sliding windows on each side.

INTERIOR

The interior is trimmed in red upholstery and features woven door panels. Instrumentation has been updated with Bosch aftermarket gauges. Seating capacity and configuration follow the original utility layout. The front floorboards feature a diamond-pattern metal. The interior door release levers are missing.

MECHANICAL

This Willys Station Wagon is powered by a transplanted GM V6 engine mated to a manual transmission, sending power to all four wheels through its 4x4 system. The engine bay includes an Edelbrock air intake and associated upgrades from the engine swap, such as an aluminum radiator.
